Nathan and Austin are two best friends that have known each other since high school. They have years of experience in the training industry. I wasn’t sure how I would like Online Training at first. However I quickly fell in love with it. First of all Nathan is great, anytime I had a question on the program or anything he would respond right away. You are talking to a real person and trainer, rather than just getting a template program. More importantly are how well the results are. I have lost 7 inches off my waist and am looking very toned. I hired Elev8 to gain some strength. I had a big goal of completing 5 pull ups. In about 2 months time I hit my goal! Along with that my entire body got stronger.
I have tried a couple different online training companies and none of them worked for me. I would ask for changes to my program and they would not send anything different. Seemed like they were just spewing out templates to people. As it says on Nathan and Austin’s website they do completely custom programs. I wanted to get toned for summer and lose some weight. I went from a size 8 to a size 2. I look great and feel great.
My online personal training experience with Nathan at Elev8 OPT has been very positive and rewarding. I had not done any kind of exercise in a year and half. After having my 3rd child, I wanted to feel better about myself and definitely lose weight. Nathan personalized a routine to help me stay committed to working out and not lose interest.
