This is one of the most common question out there. People want to know which diet is the best. Keto? Paleo? Atkins? Vegan?
The short answer is this. Almost every single diet works, it just comes down to which diet is easiest for you to stay on and be consistent. This answer is similar to the what time of day to workout question I answered in a previous post.
I think the Vegan diet is an excellent diet if done correctly. I also think Paleo is an amazing diet. If I had to choose one way of dieting it would be this. A combo of If It Fits Your Macros and Intermittent Fasting.
I am going to do a bigger article in the future breaking down why I think this is the easy diet to keep up and in turn produce better results. It is flexible dieting and it let’s you still have that slice of pizza or piece of cake within reason.
Pick a diet and stick to it!
